History of the ES SERRAL estate

The estate is, and has been, owned by the Amorós – Lliteras family for many years, having passed from generation to generation. In 1993, Margarita and Sebastián decided to open the Finca Es Serral Restaurant using a winning combination: Sebastián takes care of the estate, whilst Margarita and her team prepare dishes with great enthusiasm, expertise and care based on Sebastián’s produce. Margarita creates culinary delights of everything offered by the land, preparing traditional Majorcan cuisine with the freshest of products in a landscaped terrace in summer, or in the comfortable and cosy dining room in winter.
